> Founded To Be Counted (FTBC) is the financial home for female founders, from startup to Series A. It combines hands-on advisory services (bookkeeping, fractional CFO and fundraising support) with The Finance Club membership and AI-powered financial tools. Founded by Candice Tait, a fractional CFO for female founders with a Global CFO background and a PhD in Corporate Finance, who has helped raise over US$2 billion for startups. ### Advisory services (the home page)
1. Bookkeeping — accurate books from day one; the foundation of good financial decisions. Set-up, ongoing bookkeeping and compliance, or training founders to run it themselves.
2. Fractional CFO — CFO-level strategy delivered through AI-first automation: fully integrated three-way financial modelling (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow), automated monthly performance reporting, and fully customisable investor reporting.
3. Fundraising — investor-ready financial models and forecasts, fundraising strategy and roadmap (how much to raise, when, and what investors need to see), data room preparation, investor narrative and pitch support, valuation, cap table and scenario modelling. Guidance from someone who has helped raise over US$2 billion.

### The Finance Club (/finance-club)
- A monthly membership (US$399/month, minimum 3-month commitment) for female founders from pre-seed to Series A, in partnership with Female Startup Club (founder Doone Roisin), one of the world's biggest communities for women in business.
- Includes two live 70-minute CFO calls every month: a cashflow call (burn, runway, timing) and a hot-topic call (pitch decks, live Q&As with VCs, fundraising, forecasting, pricing, growth). Calls run 9am Sydney / 4pm LA / 7pm New York, with recordings and takeaways shared afterwards.
- Includes the Finance-Ready program — an online 5-day bootcamp taking founders through a 6-step transformation (financial foundations, performance snapshot, forecast strategy, building the forecast, scenario planning, financial story). Members get two intakes a year.
- Includes access to the Investor-Ready course — a live, two-day intensive for members preparing to raise (data room, pitch deck financials, investor expectations, model defence).
